What is QuickOn?

QuickOn is an AI lead-qualification platform that sits between any lead source and any CRM. It receives inbound leads, enriches them, scores and grades them against your Ideal Customer Profile with an explainable AI rubric, recommends the next sales action, and syncs the result — so inbound teams respond faster and focus only on the leads that matter.

How it works

From raw lead to next action in seconds

A durable, retry-safe pipeline runs every lead through the same five stages.

01

Receive

A lead arrives from any source via the Universal API, a webhook, the JS widget, or a CSV import.

02

Normalize & dedupe

Fields are mapped, validated, and checked for duplicates within your organization.

03

Enrich & analyze

Company data and website signals are gathered — the pipeline never blocks if a provider is unavailable.

04

Qualify & score

The rubric plus your chosen AI model produce an explainable score, grade, and confidence.

05

Recommend & sync

Next action, email draft, and discovery questions are written, then optionally synced to your CRM and alerted to your team.

Features

Everything you need to qualify inbound at scale

Provider-agnostic, API-first, and explainable end to end.

Universal Lead API

One endpoint and webhook for every source — website forms, Typeform, Jotform, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and CSV — normalized to a single lead schema.

Explainable AI qualification

Every lead gets a 0–100 score and A–D grade backed by reasoning, buying signals, risk factors, and a recommended next action. Never just a number.

ICP-based rubric scoring

Define your ideal customer once — industries, size, titles, geography, disqualifiers — and score every lead against 10 weighted criteria, deterministically where it can.

Duplicate detection

Exact-email merges and fuzzy company+name matching within your org, so your inbox stays clean and activity is never lost.

Enrichment & website analysis

Company firmographics plus a first-party website signal check (tech stack, load time, maturity) feed the score — cached to avoid redundant calls.

Durable pipeline

Receive → validate → dedupe → enrich → analyze → qualify → score → sync → notify. Each step is idempotent and independently retried — leads are never dropped.

CRM sync

Push qualified leads to HubSpot out of the box, with Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, and Freshsales as adapter-only additions. No pipeline changes.

Smart notifications

Route alerts to in-app, email, Slack, Teams, or signed webhooks — with conditional rules like minimum score, industry, and country.

Multi-provider AI

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, or local Ollama — switch providers per organization in Settings without touching business logic.

Sales-ready recommendations

A recommended action, a personalized outreach email draft, discovery questions, and call-prep notes generated for every qualified lead.

No-code field mapping

Map any incoming field to the lead schema in the UI — first_name → Name, company_name → Company — no code required.

Enterprise security

Postgres row-level security, encrypted secrets, hashed API keys, per-key rate limiting, webhook signature verification, and audit logs.

Explainable by design

Never just a score

Every qualification shows its work: a transparent per-criterion breakdown, the buying signals and risks the model found, and a concrete recommendation your reps can act on immediately. Objective criteria are scored deterministically, so results are consistent and auditable — not a black box.

  • 10-criterion rubric tied to your ICP

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is QuickOn?

QuickOn is an AI lead-qualification platform — the intelligence layer between any lead source and any CRM. It receives inbound leads, enriches them, qualifies them with an explainable AI score and grade, recommends the next sales action, and can sync the result to your CRM.

How does QuickOn qualify a lead?

Each lead is scored against a 10-criterion rubric aligned to your Ideal Customer Profile: ICP match, decision-maker authority, buying intent, company size, industry fit, urgency, geography, contact completeness, business maturity, and website quality. Objective criteria are scored deterministically in code; subjective ones by your chosen AI model. The result is a 0–100 score, an A–D grade, a confidence level, and written reasoning.

Which lead sources and CRMs does QuickOn support?

Sources include website forms, the REST API, webhooks, Typeform, Jotform, Google Forms, Zapier, Make, CSV upload, and a drop-in JavaScript widget. CRM sync ships with HubSpot, and Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, and Freshsales are adapter-only additions.

Is every AI decision explained?

Yes. QuickOn never returns only a score. Every qualification includes the reasoning, buying signals, risk factors, pain points, a recommended next action, a draft outreach email, discovery questions, and call-prep notes.

Can I use my own AI provider?

Yes. QuickOn supports Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, and local Ollama. You choose the provider and model per organization in Settings — the business logic stays the same.

How fast can I connect a lead source?

About five minutes. Create an API key, point your form or webhook at the Universal Lead API (or drop in the JS widget), map your fields in the UI, and qualified leads start appearing in the inbox.

How does QuickOn keep my data secure?

Every organization is fully isolated with Postgres row-level security and org-scoped queries. Secrets are encrypted at rest, API keys are hashed, requests are rate-limited, inbound webhooks are signature-verified, and key events are written to an audit log.

Is there a free way to start?

Yes — you can create an account, connect a source, and qualify leads using a free-tier AI provider such as Groq, with no credit card required to try it.
